Fried Fish Lunumiris Recipe


Fish 250g
3 teaspoon of salt
pepper powder 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder 1\4 of teaspoon
chilly powder 1 teaspoon
chili pieces 5 teaspoon
red onion 100g
vegetable oil 1\4 of bottle
curry leaves
soya sauce 1 table spoon
fish sauce 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil 02 table spoon
grind ginger 1 teaspoon
grind garlic 1 teaspoon


first cut fish in to as little stick. then add salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder and chili powder, and keep 15 minute to seasoning.
after season fish deep fry till golden color, next cut red anion in to little peaces and deep fry.
there after heat a pan and add  Sesame oil, withing heating oil add ginger, garlic, chili peaces fried fish, pepper powder, rampa, curry leaves, then cook it under low fire. finale add soya sauce and fish sauce. if you like you can add little bit of lime juice as your taste.

Cheese Pasta Recipe A delicious meal

Ingredients :
Pasta 500g
one green bell pepper
one yellow bell pepper
Coriander leaves
Mosarulla Cheese 125g
one onion
A little bit of corn flour
Fresh milk
Salt to taste

Directions :

First boil pasta. then heat oil in a another pan. after heating oil add chopped ginger and garlic. fry it to golden color, then add salt and pepper. Next, we make the milk mixture.now heat oil in a another pan and add a tablespoon of corn flour. Then add milk and cheese. then mix all.withing thickening it, add the first make mixture and pasta to the mixture. add salt and pepper to taste, after thick the all, now remove on fire add Coriander leaves and mix well. finally decorate pasta and with tomato and lettuce.

Recipe for lacia aculeata Devel (Kohila) to your meal plan

Ingredients :
500g pealed lacia aculeata
100g lemon
little bit turmeric powder
250g wheatmeal
100g corn flour
vegetable oil
little bit tomato sauce
1 onion
grinded ginger garlic
3 bell pepper
red chili 5 (chopped)
2 tomato
chilli pieces
biscuit powder

Directions :
fist wash lacia aculeata (Kohila) and cut into ½ cm pieces, as round pieces. there after seasoning it about ½ hours withing sold, turmeric powder, and lemon juice.

mix  wheatmeal and corn flour  with 2 water cups. and mix well. then this mixer apply to seasoned lacia aculeata (kohila). then deep pry

now heat little bit oil in a another pan and add chopped onion, green chili, ginger garlic, and pry it about 2 minutes under low fire. now add another all ingredients and cook another 2munites. now ready to use.
