Jack seeds Curry (Kos Ata Maluwa)

Ingredient:
1/2Kg. Half boiled Jack seeds
10g chop red chilli
20g chop Onion
10g chop Ginger Garlic
2tbsp oil
8 curry leaves
2tsp Chilli powder
1tsp curry powder
salt to tast
2 cup coconut milk
1/2 Turmeric powder



Directions:
heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onion and fry to golden brown color, than add curry leaves, red chilli, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, curry powder, and cocoanut milk, finely add boiled Jack seeds and cook 10 min
