Ingredients :
400g noodles
100g grated chicken
2 beaten eggs
1tbsp chopped ginger
1tbsp chopped garlic
1tsp mustard seeds
5tbsp vegetable oil
1/2tsp turmeric powder
60g shredded leeks
60g shredded carrots
50g shredded cabbage
1tbsp soya sauce
1/2tsp pepper powder
salt to taste

Directions :
first of all boil noodles and remove from water. nexs heat oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds. after fry it add ginger and garlic fry it to golden brown color.then add chicken and fry it about 5 minutes and then egg and mix well about 3 minutes. next add all ingredients and cook about 3 minutes. then add noodles and cook another 3 minutes.
