DRY SPRATS TEMPERED

Ingredients :
100g dry sprats
50g sliced onion
30g chopped tomato
2tsp Soya sauce
2tsp chilli pieces
salt to taste
5 cardamom seeds
5g cinnamon
5tbsp oil
10 curry leaves



Directions :
first remove sprats head and wash well several time.
heat oil and add together all ingredients and cook for 15 minutes
