EGG KOTHTHU ROTTI (BITHTHRA KOTHTHU ROTTI)

Ingredients :
4 godhamba rotti
30g sliced leeks
30g grated carrot
2 beaten eggs
1/2cups chicken curry gravy
1tsp chopped ginger
1tsp chopped garlic
1/4tsp chilli peaces
2tsp soya sauce
4tbsp vegetable oil
1/4tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
5 curry leaves
2ch rampe (optional)
20g sliced onion
2 chopped green chilli



Directions :
cut godhamba rotti in to stripes of approx 1cm x 1/2cm. then heat oil in a frying pan and add ginger, garlic and onion then fry to golden brown color. next add curry leaves, rampe, tomato, carrot.leeks, onion and stir for 1 minute. then add beaten egg and soya sauce chilli peaces,pepper and and green chilli, stir well all and add chicken gravy and godamba rotti then add salt to taste and mix and kook for 2 minutes.
