Ingredients :
500g pumpkin (wattakka), cut in to 1 inch? chunk
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2tsp pepper powder
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp curry powder
salt to taste
3tsp chopped onion
5 chopped green chilli
10 curry leaves
1/2tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 1, inch piece of cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3tsp chopped garlic
2tsp of ground mustard seeds
3tbsp of raw rice
2cup water
2tbsp oil

Directions :
rice and coconut roast till golden brown color in a pan. and let cool. then heat oil and add onion, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, turmeric powder, and salt and pumpkin then fry 2 minutes, next grind rice coconut mixture in to a powder and dissolve in coconut milk. then add it to the pumpkin and mix well.now add ground mustard and cook about 10 minutes.
