TIN FISH CURRY (SAMAN MALUWA)


Ingredients :
400g tin fish
3 cup coconut milk
1tsp mustard seeds
20g chopped onion
20g chopped tomato
3 chopped green chilli
2 peaces goraka
10 curry leaves
curry powder
1/2 turmeric powder
1tsp pepper powder
2tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
2tsp chopped garlic
2tbsp oil
4 cardamom
cinnamon


Directions :
heat oil and add mustard then add garlic and onion, fry it to golden brown  color, then add tomato, curry leaves, green chilli, salt, cardamom and cinnamon next mix it well, then add turmeric, chilli powder, curry powder pepper powder and coconut milk and mix, cook it about 5 minutes, next add tin fish and cook about 5 minute.
