TIN FISH TEMPERED (SAMAN BADUMA)

Ingredients :
400g tin fish
5tbsp oil
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp chilli peaces
1tbsp pepper powder
30g chopped tomato
75g sliced onion
1tbsp chopped garlic
5 chopped green chilli
salt to taste
1tsp mustard seeds
10 curry leaves



Directions :
heat oil and add mustard and next add ginger, garlic and onion. fry it to golden brown color. then add other all ingredients and cook about 10 minutes.
