Ambarella Curry Recipe

Ingredients :
6 ambarella
30g chopped onion
1/2tsp chopped garlic
2 chopped green chili
1/4tsp mustard seeds
1 piece cinnamon
6 curry leaves
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp curry powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp oil
1/2 1cup thick coconut milk
2tbsp sugar
3cups water
salt to taste



Directions :
first wash and cut ambarella into 2 pieces. now boil it with 3 water cups. next remove ambarella skin. next heat oil in a another pan and add mustard seeds, after fry it add garlic with onion, fry it to golden brown color. then add cinnamon, curry leaves, chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric powder and mix well. then add boiled ambarella and sugar. now mix well and add coconut milk, cook it between stir about 8 minutes under low fire.
you can serve it with rice or bread.
