Kakiri Curry

Ingredients :
500g kakiri
3cup coconut milk
50g sliced onion
2 chopped green chilli
1/4tsp funugreek seeds
1 1/2tsp chilli powder
1 1/2tsp curry powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1inch cinnamon
3tsp chopped ginger garlic
10 curry leaves
1tsp mustard seeds
2pieces goraka
3tsp oil
salt to taste



Directions :
cut kakiry as cucumber pieces. heat oil and add mustard seeds after frying it add ginger garlic and onion fry it to golden brown color. next add other all ingredients and mix well. then cover it and cook about 45 minutes under low fire. (stir betwen cook)
