Green jack koththu recipe

Ingredients
1/2 Kg of green jack cut into 1/2 cm peaces
50 g carrot (cut into small peaces)
50 g leeks (cut into small peaces)
50 g chopped red onion
25 g chopped green chilli
25 g chipped garlic
50 g chopped tomato
5 g chopped ginger
4 tbsp oil
10 curry leaves
2 cardamom
5 g pepper powder
2 eggs
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder



Directions
biol water and add green jack and salt boil it about 10 minutes and drain water. then heat oil in a  pan and add ginger and garlic
fry it to golden brown color and add egg then mix well. there after add another all ingredients and mix well.
