Ingredients :
250g boiled chickpeas
50g sliced onion
10 curry leaves
3tbsp chopped ginger, garlic
2tbsp mustard seeds
3 -2tbsp chilli peaces
salt to taste
5tbsp oil
1/2 turmeric powder

Directions :

heat oil and add mustard seeds next add ginger, garlic, and curry leaves and fry for golden brown color. then add salt chilli peaces, turmeric powder and fry about 1 minute, next add chickpeas and mix well and cook for 5 minute under medium heat.
