Ingredients :
500g sliced potato
50g sliced tomato
4tbsp tomato sauce
2tsp pepper powder
2tsp chilli peaces
2tbsp soya sauce
salt to taste
2tsp sugar
five cardamom seeds
2tbsp chopped ginger, garlic
50g sliced onion
50g sliced Banana Pepper
1tsp turmeric powder

Directions :
deep fry potato to golden brown color
next heat 6tspn oil and add ginger, garlic and fry to golden color, next add together all ingredients and mix well and cook about 3 minutes next add potato and cook another 1 minute.
