Ingredients :
2 eggs
1tsp chopped onion
1tsp chopped tomato
1/8tsp chilli powder
1/8tsp pepper powder
1 chopped green chilli
2tbsp whole milk
salt to taste
2tsp oil

Directions :

mix together eggs, milk, salt and beat it well. next add onion, tomato, chilli powder, pepper powder, green chilli and mix well. then heat oil in a omelet pan and add the omelet mixture and cook about 2 minutes under low fire.
