Rasam Recipe

Ingredients :
1/4 cup masoor dhal
2tsp tamarind
1tsp coriander seeds
2 dried red chillies
4 water cups
1tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp cooking oil
1/2tsp chilli powder
10 curry leaves
1/2tsp mustard seeds
1inch rampa
salt to taste

Directions :-

put in a pan water, washed dhal, chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, rampa, and boil it under low fire about 8 minute without cover and after 8 minutes cover and cook another 40 minutes. now remove from fire and stir well to dissolve dhal. next add tamarind, chilli powder and salt and cook another 5 minutes between stir. next heat oil in a another pan and add mustard seeds. after frying it mix with rasam and server it
